Negotiating - - We will negotiate the best price for you. Unlike the listing agent who has promised the seller to get the best price for the seller, we will get the best price for YOU.
Loyalty - - We will help you obtain the best loan for your purchase. We have no affiliation with any lending institutions. We help you shop for the best rate with the best terms and conditions FOR YOU. Many of the large brokers are part of networks of real estate affinity groups consisting of agents/lenders/inspectors/appraisers/closing attorneys, etc. They have a financial incentive to refer you to their affiliates.
